Terms & Conditions

The Samsonite Blackout Sale 2019 Top Spender Reward (“Reward”) is organized and administered by Samsonite Singapore Pte Ltd (“Samsonite”). You are deemed to have (a) agreed to these Terms and Conditions; and (b) consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Samsonite for the purpose of administering the Reward, by your participation.

Eligibility

1. The contest is open to all samsonite.com.sg customers.
2. Employees of Samsonite, partner vendors, their directors, employees and respective family members are not eligible for participation in the Reward.

Reward Mechanics

3. The qualifying period for participation in the Top Spender Reward (“Reward”) commences on 29 November 2019 0000hrs and ends on 2 December 2019 2359hrs (“qualifying period”).
4. To qualify for the Reward, the eligible participant must have spent a minimum purchase of S$300 nett on samsonite.com.sg.
5. The eligible participant must also have made a purchase of any Samsonite, Samsonite RED, Samsonite Black Label on samsonite.com.sg.
6. Each order number is entitled to one (1) chance at the Reward.
7. The results will be judged by 16 December 2019 at 111 Somerset Road, #11-20 TripleOne Somerset Singapore 238164.
8. Winner will only be selected when there is at least one (1) completed order of minimum S$300 nett spent during the Qualifying Period.
9. Winner will be selected based on the highest amount spent in a single order number which will be determined at the sole discretion of Samsonite.
10. Winner must not have won any Samsonite Group related contest and reward previously.

Notification of Winner and Collection of Prize

11. The prize is one (1) Huawei P30 Pro 256GB phone.
12. Prize is not replaceable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other prizes/benefits.
13. Winner will be notified via email by 16 December 2019. Winner(s) who are not contactable within three (3) consecutive working days from the date of the email will be disqualified and Samsonite will select alternate winner(s).
14. Prize must be collected at Samsonite, 111 Somerset Road #11-20 TripleOne Somerset Singapore 238164 by 30 December 2019. If the prize remains unclaimed or if any winner fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by Samsonite by such date, Samsonite reserves the right to redistribute the prizes to other participants in Samsonite’ discretion.
15. Samsonite reserves the right to replace any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
16. Winner must have an original valid proof of purchase and be in possession of the qualifying order. If the qualifying order has been returned to Samsonite for whatever reason and with no replacement order issued, the entry will be null and void.

General

17. Samsonite reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Reward for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
     
18. Samsonite’s decisions on all matters pertaining to the Reward are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Reward, these Terms and Conditions or any decision made by Samsonite in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained. Samsonite reserves its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
     
19. Samsonite reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Samsonite will, where it is practicable to do so, give you advance notice (via e-mail, letters, or such other forms as Samsonite deems appropriate) of such changes. Your continued participation in this Reward shall constitute acceptance of such amendment(s).
20. Samsonite shall not be liable to any participant or any person in respect of or arising from the Reward, or under any circumstances whatsoever. If Samsonite is deemed liable to such participant or other person by a court of law, the sole remedy shall be the award of the prize or a substitute of similar value, to such participant or person.
21. Samsonite reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Reward at any time in its discretion in the event of your breach or suspected breach of any of the Terms and Conditions herein without prior notification or any liability to you whatsoever.
